Day 01 Yangon
We will be met at Yangon International Airport and transferred to our hotel. Our guide and driver will be available for those who wish to do some sightseeing today.
Day 02 Yangon
After breakfast we transfer to Myanmar's best golf course, the 18 hole Pun Hlaing Championship Course designed by Gary Player who said "I believe it is in the top 5 golf courses in the world - it reminds me of Augusta". We will have lunch at the club. Afternoon sightseeing and possibly the ladies will wish to visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (often referred to by British name Scott Market) where they can buy some fabrics and visit my tailor who will have clothes ready on our return next week.Sunset next at Shwedagon Pagoda.
Day 03 Yangon
After breakfast transfer to Yangon Golf Club which opened in 1909 and is the host of London Golf Tournaments. Play 18 hole round. Afternoon free - your guide will assist with any requests.
Day 04 Bagan
Early morning flight to Bagan and after check in we begin sightseeing one of Asia'a most impressive archaeological sites. These distinctive 11th 12th and 13th century pagodas with their unique architecture, andcient frescos, and Buddha images are well worth the visit.
Day 05 Bagan
After breakfast we play 18 round at Bagan Nyaung Oo Golf Club set among thousand year old temples and pagodas. This Golf Club ofers some of the most unique views from a fairway you will ever see. The famous Hole 13 with a par 3 has a magnificent panorama from the greens and give players a reason to pause for thought.Major renovation took place in 1998 prior to the Asian Professional Golfers Association (APGA) London Myanmar Open. The fairways have been well maintained ever since and international golfers have been adding this club to their Asian circuit. Afternoon free.
Day 06 Mandalay
Today we fly to Mandalay where we check into your hotel. We can enjoy some of the sights of Mandalay and have an afternoon playing golf at the Mandalay Hill Golf Club.
Day 07 Inle Lake
We fly to Heho this morning and transfer to Inle Princess Resort where you can enjoy an afternoon of sightseeing on this magnificent lake.
Day 8 Inle Lake
This is a day with no golf - sightseeing or just relax at this world class resort which was the choice of Mick Jagger recently. Our boat and guide will be available for those who want to be more active and do more sightseeing - cheroot making, silk weaving on wooden handlooms, pass endless floating gardens and visit Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery - one of the oldest monastries on the lake and see the ancient Buddha statues which are over 2000 years old.
Day 9 Yangon
Today we tranfer to the airport and fly back to Yangon. We can organise to return to Scott Market to collect clothes and if you would like another game of golf we can arrange this at YCDC where you have a choice of two courses to play.
Day 10
You will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
